These terms cover how you may use this website and set out the basis on which consulting enquiries are handled. By using the site you agree to them. The specific terms of any paid engagement are set out separately in a proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.
Use of this site
You may use this website for lawful, personal and business research about SaaS SEO consulting. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it in any way that breaks applicable law or infringes the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, structure, branding and visuals, belongs to Amit Malvi unless stated otherwise. You may read and share links to it, but you may not copy, republish or resell the content as your own without written permission.
No guarantee of results
SEO and AI search visibility depend on many factors outside any one person’s control, including search and model provider decisions, competition and your own product and resources. Information on this site is provided for general guidance and does not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic or revenue outcome.
Consulting engagements
Any consulting relationship is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement covering scope, deliverables, fees, timelines and confidentiality. A discovery call and any enquiry do not by themselves create a binding engagement. Where these terms and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement applies.
Third-party links and tools
This site links to and embeds third-party services, such as a scheduling tool and social profiles. Their content and availability are outside my control, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
