This policy explains what information is collected when you visit this website or get in touch about SaaS SEO consulting, how it is used, and the choices you have. The practice is run by Amit Malvi, an independent consultant. Questions can be sent to amit@theseoguy.cc at any time.
Information I collect
I keep data collection to the minimum needed to run a consulting practice. When you submit an enquiry or book a call, I receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company and what you write in your message. When you book through the calendar, the scheduling provider processes your name, email and selected time so the meeting can be created.
Analytics and cookies
This site may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. Any cookies used are limited to what is needed for the site and embedded scheduling to function. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to the main content.
How your information is used
Information is used to reply to your enquiry, prepare for and hold a discovery call, deliver consulting work you have engaged me for, and send you information you have asked for. It is not sold, rented or traded.
Third parties
A small number of trusted providers help run the practice, including an email provider, a calendar and scheduling tool, and hosting and analytics services. Each only receives what it needs to do its job, and each is expected to handle your data responsibly.
Data retention
Enquiry and client information is kept for as long as needed to work together and to meet legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You can ask for your information to be removed earlier.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You can also object to certain uses and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these, email amit@theseoguy.cc.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Any material change will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
